Gaurav Deore

Gaurav Deore, founder and principal architect of GDA, established the firm in 2009 after earning his B.Arch from CANS College of Architecture, Nashik. With a strong foundation in planning and a deep expertise in construction technology, he continues to lead the practice in delivering thoughtfully designed and well-executed projects.

Pritam Soni Deore

Pritam Soni Deore, co-founder and principal designer at GDA, brings a refined eye for detail and a deep understanding of client needs. With her creative vision and design sensibility, she plays a key role in shaping projects with tailored solutions, ensuring each space reflects a distinct and thoughtful character.

Mentor – Ar. Deepak Deore

Deepak Deore, mentor at GDA, brings over 50+ years of professional experience to the practice. He is the co-founder of Deore Dhamne Architects and has worked extensively on government and institutional projects. Having served as the President of the Architects and Engineers Association (Nashik), his contribution extends beyond practice. With a keen interest in sketching, he continues to offer guidance in architectural fundamentals.

1. BRIEFING

We begin with an exhaustive questionnaire to fully understand the client’s needs and expectations. The most important of all steps.

2. DESIGN

Translating the brief into the blueprint of what is to come. From moodboards to models, we design every last detail.

3. EXECUTION

Bringing our designs to life by building it from the ground up. As we only take on end-to-end projects, everything from structural design to decor is executed in this phase.

4. HANDOVER

The most anticipated moment, where we hand our clients the keys to their new space, all ready to move in.
